• The CKC hall has a large outdoor covered area for living history displays and a carpark area reserved for military vehicles. All large equipment must have pads under it, and vehicles must have drip trays.

•  All sellers and displayers must register before setting up any tables or displays and wear the ID issued at registration.
• There will be a list of names at the entrance for sellers and displayers to check off upon arrival.
• All table holders are responsible for the safety and security of their tables or stalls at all times.
• CHAA members will be acting as security in high-visibility vests.
• Displayers and sellers must hold the correct licence and endorsements for all items on display or for sale.
• Sellers and displayers are responsible for the security of their items for sale or display. Please bring covers for your tables when you are not in attendance.
• No endorsed firearms, including magazines, may be left at the venue on Friday night.
• All firearms and ammunition sales will be handled directly between the seller and the buyer and will be the buyer’s sole responsibility under FSA regulations. No FSA officers will be present to process transactions.
• All A or Endorsed category firearms must have chamber flags or similar devices, or be cable-tied to render them inoperable.
• Please remember the basic firearm safety principles when handling a firearm.
• No alcohol is allowed at this event.
• All firearms, ammunition, and blades sold must be fully wrapped, bagged, boxed, or covered before leaving the premises, as security may inspect them at the Exit/Entry. (It is the seller’s responsibility to provide receipts if required.) 
• Venue security will be provided on Friday night. 
• When taking photos, please respect the owner’s privacy.
• The organisers reserve the right to remove any attendee who fails to comply with the fair’s conditions.
